This website is operated by Parnoll d.o.o. Beograd, Belgrade, Serbia. It does not use advertising trackers or marketing analytics, and it does not require an account. Images and other website assets are served with the website.

Business enquiries

The contact form collects your name, email address, optional company, enquiry type, and message. We use these details to respond, assess how we can help, and manage any resulting business relationship. Required fields are marked on the form. Please share only information needed for your enquiry, and avoid sending sensitive documents through the form.

Form submissions are processed by our Vercel-hosted service and delivered to our team through Resend. The website does not maintain a separate submissions database. Enquiries are retained in our business email systems as needed to handle the enquiry, manage the relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Security and hosting

Vercel processes technical request information, which may include IP addresses, browser and device information, requested URLs, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website. When you use the contact form, Vercel BotID, powered by Kasada, processes browser and device signals to distinguish genuine submissions from automated spam. Security checks may use browser storage and cookies. Rate limits also help prevent abuse.

Our hosting, security, and email providers may process information outside your country. Their own privacy policies describe how they handle information within their services: Vercel, Kasada, and Resend.
